We do not manufacture, sell, or take possession of the equipment listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.
3. User & Vendor Obligations
- Accurate Information: Users and vendors must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and product listing.
- Compliance: Vendors must ensure their machinery meets relevant safety and industrial standards (e.g., NDDB, FSSAI).
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we verify vendors, DairyEquip does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the equipment listed. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions conducted between users.
